Due to the bespoke nature of our business, please allow 7 working days for your custom made cables to arrive. Whilst we will always aim to reduce waiting times, we are a small family run business and every cable is made by hand to order. Thank you for supporting an UK independent business.

We sincerely hope that you are happy with your product. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee how the package will be handled in transit. If you are unlucky enough to have a faulty cable, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We will repair or replace FOC. Regrettably, returns will not be accepted after 14 days.
